The Social Work degree programme is structured to provide a diversified curriculum including field experience, in a context of very fast-growing research and development. Graduates are prepared to intervene in all professional areas of social work. The degree programme is currently comprised of three consecutive study cycles. The Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees are conferred by the Universities of Applied Sciences. The doctorate is offered at the Transdisciplinary Institute of Social Work (ITTS) at the University of Neuchâtel in partnership with the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland (HES-SO) and the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW).
